Hello!

Parent-Teacher Collaboration

At PACT, we believe every child’s growth is a shared journey. Fall Conferences are more than just meetings—they are meaningful opportunities to reflect on progress, celebrate character and achievement, and set purposeful goals for the months ahead. By strengthening the partnership between home and school, these conversations ensure students are supported both academically and personally. We are grateful to walk alongside families in this important work and look forward to connecting with you. Join us next week for conferences as we partner together to help every student rise to their full potential.

Being On Time Matters!

Arriving on time each morning helps students succeed across all grade levels.

  • Elementary: At 8:15 a.m. sharp, the day begins with a morning meeting where students review the daily schedule, hear announcements, participate in relationship-building activities, and connect with teachers and classmates. This intentional start builds community and prepares students for key learning blocks like ELA, WIN, and specialists.
  • Secondary: At 8:00 a.m. sharp, students begin their day with Advisory and Panther Plus sessions. These important blocks set students up for success by providing academic support, reinforcing routines, and keeping them on track for the rest of their classes.

When students arrive on time, they not only feel prepared and connected but also practice key character traits:

  • Responsibility – being accountable for routines
  • Respect – valuing the time of teachers and peers
  • Citizenship – contributing to the classroom community
  • Perseverance – developing healthy habits that support learning

Tardiness makes it harder for students to feel confident and engaged once lessons are underway. By helping your child arrive on time, you give them the best start—academically, socially, and personally.

Thank you for working with us to help all our Panthers shine!

Required: Submit Your Immunization Records

All students are required to have current immunization records on file with our health office. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we would like to remind families of incoming Kindergarten, 7th-grade, and 12th-grade students that updated booster vaccinations are required before the first day of school. To ensure your student can start school on time, please make sure they receive all required immunizations or that the school receives a valid exemption form.

Next Steps:
  • Check the Immunizations Required Form to see which vaccines your child still needs.
  • Schedule an appointment with your child’s healthcare provider for any necessary booster shots.
  • Submit updated immunization records to the PACT Health Office before the first day of school or upload them into Infinite Campus during online registration.
  • If you choose not to get vaccinated, complete the exemption section of the immunization form and get it notarized.

Thank you for helping us maintain compliance with state regulations at our school. If you have any questions, please contact the PACT Health Office (Elementary at ec-health@pactcharter.org or Secondary at sc-health@pactcharter.org).

Donate: Fall Conference Staff Meals

Fall conferences are next week, and the PACT Panthers PTO would love to bless our staff with a meal. The PTO is providing four meals across both campuses over two nights – and needs your help! Please consider making a donation to help cover the cost of meals for your favorite staff members. Every dollar makes a difference and helps show our staff just how much they are appreciated! Let’s fuel them up so they can continue pouring into our kids!
