School Lunch Ordering Available

Deadline: 11 p.m. on August 15
All students qualify for one breakfast and one lunch daily at no charge. Each meal comes with one milk. PACT pre-orders meals that are delivered daily to our school. The meals must be ordered in advance to ensure accurate numbers and to guarantee your student receives their desired meal. Questions? Contact meals@pactcharter.org.

Work Day at the Elementary Campus

Saturday, August 16 | 10 a.m. - Noon
Substance Church is hosting a volunteer event at PACT, and they’re inviting PACT parents to join in the effort! Volunteers will help spread mulch and pick weeds to help get the Elementary Campus looking its best for the start of school. Bring gloves, water, and a servant-hearted spirit. It’s a great way to meet other families and show your Panther Pride! Thank you for considering lending a hand! RSVP below so we know how many to expect! Please note that volunteers must be age 16 or older.

Join the Budget and Finance Committee

PACT is seeking a dedicated individual with a background in finance to join our Budget and Finance Committee (BFC). The BFC helps oversee the finances and financial policies of PACT Charter School to ensure high standards of professional accounting are maintained and that financial matters are communicated effectively. The committee also ensures the responsible use of school funds and compliance with the approved budget while providing relevant information and guidance to the PACT School Board. If interested, please contact Superintendent Dr. Flansburg (n.flansburg@pactcharter.org) or Board Chair Mr. Heineman (r.heineman@pactcharter.org).
 

Title I Family Engagement Plan Volunteers

September 3 | 3:15-3:45 p.m. | Elementary Media Center
We are seeking 3-4 parent/guardian volunteers to join our Title 1 Family Engagement Team. This team will meet once on Wednesday, September 3, from 3:15 to 3:45 p.m. Volunteers will be asked to review the Title 1 Family Engagement Plan ahead of time and come prepared to discuss the document and suggest any changes or edits. If you are interested in participating, please contact Ms. Moehn at j.moehn@pactcharter.org.

Back-to-School Open House

August 21 | 4:30-7:30 p.m. | Elementary Campus
Enter Through the Gym Entrance (Door 3)
We look forward to seeing you at our Back-to-School Open House! You can meet teachers, tour the building, and drop off school supplies. Families can also discuss forms, fees, technology, and other topics with the staff. Students will also have their photos taken by Jostens for the yearbook and student ID. 

To improve the flow of the evening, manage parking, eliminate long lines, and allow families to talk to teachers, please consider arriving at the open house as follows: 
  • 4:30 p.m. - Last Name A through I
  • 5:30 p.m. - Last Name J through Q
  • 6:30 p.m. - Last Name R through Z

Enter Through the Activities Entrance (Door 11)
We look forward to seeing you at our Back-to-School Open House! You can meet teachers, get schedules and locker assignments, tour the building, and drop off school supplies. Families can discuss forms, fees, technology, and more with the staff! Students will also have their photos taken by Jostens for the yearbook and student ID.

Student Schedules Available August 11

Secondary course schedules will be posted in Infinite Campus on August 11. Schedule changes must be submitted online by 11:30 a.m. on August 25 using the online schedule change form or by scheduling an appointment with your school counselor. Counselors will not be available during the Back-to-School Open House for schedule changes.
