Elementary Campus

Welcome to Panthers Robotics!

The PACT Robotics team includes both a secondary and elementary team.

The Secondary team competes in the VEX EDR league and constructs robots to compete in competitions against robots from other schools. The Elementary team competes in the VEX IQ league, which is similar to the secondary, but the robots are made of plastic instead of metal. In both leagues, students learn valuable skills while trying to overcome challenges and getting the excitement of competition. 

Eligibility

Elementary: Ages 8-12

Secondary: Grades 6-12

Teams

Secondary: 1506P, 1506A, 1506B, 1506C, 1506D, 1506E

Elementary: 1506T, 1506U, 1506V, 1506W, 1506X, 1506Y

Season

Season runs from September through first weekend in February. 

Secondary meets on Fridays from 6-9 p.m. and Saturdays from 9-noon.

Elementary meets on Fridays from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Tournaments are on Saturdays throughout the season.

Lettering Requirements

• Participants must attend 90% of the scheduled practices.
• Participants must have participated in 75% of the available varsity competitions. 
• Participants must not have violated any of the Minnesota State High School League rules.
• Participants must not have been found academically ineligible twice during the season.
• Participants must finish the season as a member of the team.
• Team requirements
• A coach can make an exception to the lettering requirements with the approval of the activities director.
